The Top Twelve Hotels We’ve Stayed At

As Paul and I start planning out our trips for 2018, we thought it would be fun to look back at the most incredible hotels we’ve stayed at in recent years. Between butlers and private villas – the competitor was steep for our top 12 list!

Favourite moments:

  • The welcome ceremony
  • Stand up paddle boarding at sunrise
  • Seeing starfish, an octopus and plenty of tropical fish while snorkelling
  • Our trip to a local village, where we purchased shrimp from a local village. Back at the resort, the chef gave us a private cooking class where we cooked the shrimp inside bamboo shoots.
  • The spa treatments (and the Pure Fiji bath products that are still my favourite to use at home!)
  • The nightly lighting of the torch ceremonies
  • The goodbye song the staff sang us (which made me cry like a baby!)
