Inside the Presidential Suite at Marina Bay Sands

It’s not every day you get the chance to check out the Presidential Suite at the world’s most expensive casino property! I’d argue that this is easily the world’s best hotel – if not the world’s most famous!

We’ve all seen this hotel on social media, on TV and in every magazine out there. As a hotel expert and someone who lives exclusively in hotels right now you can image how exciting it was to finally visit this place in person!

The hotel is best known for it’s incredible infinity pool that stretches across the hotel’s three towers. A 150 metre long infinity pool overlooks Singapore, and this pool alone is the reason so many travellers are eager to stay here. The pool is exclusively available for hotel guests only!

There’s 9 different room types at Marina Bay Sands, but the one that’s the most impressive in my eyes in the Presidential Suite! It’s a whopping 509 square-metres of pure luxury and it’s got an impressive list of features.

We entered the suite into a grand foyer, with beautiful detailing and stunning art. To the right was a small powder room and a private gym. I was blown away right from the start! A private gym inside your hotel room?? Off the gym was a mini-spa with a massage table set up with in-room treatments. Across the hall was a media room that I’m told is frequently used for movie screenings and karaoke sessions!

Further down the hall we entered into the living room with floor to ceiling views of downtown Singapore. The views were so impressive that my eyes immediately went to the windows and I almost completely missed the details of this room. The living room also included a dinning area and a baby grand piano. The living space in here was bigger than most people’s home!

Off the living room was a hallway that went to a small kitchen. The kitchen is used by your butler as a prep room, and the kitchen also has a separate entrance so the butler and come and go from the kitchen without ever disturbing you. This attention to detail and consideration on the guest experience is really impressive.

The master bedroom was my favourite section of the Presidential Suite, and included another stunning view of Singapore. Off the bedroom was a private office with a desk and an all-in-one printer. For those of us who work while travelling this kind of luxury is unheard of! The office also included the same view as the living room and bedroom – floor to ceiling uninterrupted city views. What I would give to have that as my mobile office for a week!

The master bathroom included a walk-in closet that would make any fashionista jealous and a bathroom with incredible detailing. The tiles behind the bathtub were stunning!

There was a second bedroom in this suite that included two twin beds, which would make this suite ideal for families. The second bedroom was located on the opposite side of the suite and thus had the same stunning city views.

If you’ve got money to burn, the Presidential Suite at Marina Bay Sands is definitely the coolest place to sleep in Singapore!
